Promise is a Promise

Seven months ago NBC tried this new experiment that was supose to bring a new look to late night televison. Jay Leno, who for seventeen years has been the host of the Tonight Show, was stepping down and bring a new show at ten oclock called The Jay Leno Show.

This has been a failed attempt.

With The Jay Leno Show getting terriable rattings and dissatifiying they're comic star, NBC has been in a panic rush to figure out how to solve the problem. The Jay Leno Show was supose to be a hip, different, varitey show that was different from the Tonight Show. But in reality it really hasn't been.

Jay Leno's pretasesier, Conan O'Brien who took over the Tonight Show, said refuses to move the Tonight Show at a later time that NBC has suggested sayting it will ruin the history of the show.

And he has every right to. NBC and Jay Lenos contract was up at the end of the year and instead of letting Jay go and having to compete with him at another network, they tried to give him a different type of show. It's just not fair. If it was any other comedian they would have cancled the show already.But since it's Leno, they won't.

Now Connon will probably either get fired or quit, Leno will be the host of the Tonight Show again, and Conan will go to another network. How is this fair? It really isn't. It's gona be sad to see Conan leave. He's given us so much like that masterbatting bear. If it was up to me they cancle Leno's show already and be done with it and keep their promises.
